At the end of a busy year, my creative director and I made a sticker pack for our internal digital creative team at Away. The stickers were inspired by a whimsical aesthetic that mirrored our team's constant daydreams, and featured quirky phrases sourced from our team's conversations on Slack. Taken together, the stickers encapsulated the unique experience of working remotely during the pandemic, providing a relatable and creative way for our team to express their shared challenges and triumphs.
